I’m a wife, Mom, Nana, Jesus follower—and your faith-led, low-carb lifestyle coach for women over 50 who want freedom from food stress and the joy of moving with ease.

For most of my life, I struggled with weight loss. I jumped from one diet to another, hoping the next plan would be the one. I chased numbers on the scale and followed fitness routines that didn’t fit my life—or my body.

And I was tired. Tired of failing. Tired of starting over. Tired of feeling like health wasn’t for someone like me.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started listening to what my body actually needed. I began to understand nutrition in a way that worked for me. I found simple ways to move that didn’t leave me in pain. And most of all, I learned how to build habits I could trust.

I created a lifestyle that was simple, sustainable, and even enjoyable. And now, I help women just like you do the same.
